The Vinalhaven Community Brewery

The Vinalhaven Community brewers are carpenters who were home brewing and discovered Vinalhaven Island had never had a brewery. Believing that every town should have its own brewery, they formed the company in 2018, scouted locations and began buildout. Then there was two years of confusion and darkness when it took nine months to get an electrician to hook up new service and months more for inspectors and such. Finally in July of 2023 we opened and have been serving locals and summer folk ever since! The brewery is tiny but mighty!
