The Send Brewing Co.

Maine’s newest brewery as of December 27th, 2024– The Send Brewing Co. is a brewery and restaurant nestled in the cozy South Portland neighborhood of Knightville. More than 12 years in the making, the Japanese comfort food and beer program is the brainchild of former NASA aerospace research engineer and Maine Beer Co. Director of Brewing Operations Cole Kohei Corbin. Inspired by his Hokkaido roots, and the unique similarities to the snow and sea culture here in Maine– The Send is a celebration of fresh beer and culinary culture, and in a larger sense the balance between art and science, tradition and innovation.

Open now with a full menu of community-centric shared bites and entrees, The Send’s beverage menu features excellent house made beer styles, wine, beer, sake with a program of Japanese lager and to go offerings to follow in the coming weeks and months.
