Auxiliary Brewing Company was co-founded by Elliot Dearborn and his sister Korali Day. With nearly a decade of industry experience under his belt, Elliot decided that it was time to pursue his dream of owning and operating a community focused brewery. With the help of Elliot’s wife, Autumn Dearborn, the family team strives to provide a welcoming community space, high quality beer, and food for all to enjoy.
