History
Established in 1998, Sebago Brewing Company is a leader in the Maine craft beer scene. Sebago Brewing offers year-round craft beers and seasonal beers, plus unique small batch and limited release beers created on its 5 BBL and 40 BBL brewhouses.
All three Sebago brewpubs — in Scarborough, Kennebunk and Gorham — serve Sebago beers and a full food menu. The Destination Brewery in Gorham is home to the brewery, tasting room and company headquarters. Guests can enjoy free brewery tours, and the tasting room features 16 taps of Sebago’s classic, seasonal, and specialty brews, not to mention a wood-fired oven and dishes with locally sourced ingredients.
Sebago Brewing is known for Frye’s Leap IPA, one of the earliest examples of an American style IPA in Maine and a perennial local favorite. The brewers at Sebago continue to innovate with new beers and styles, through limited can releases and frequent new small batch beers served at the tasting room and brewpubs. Rooted firmly at the crossroads of beer and food, Sebago Brewing’s goal has always been to be a fun place to hang out, work, and enjoy a delicious Maine beer.
